I haven’t applied to KCL - congrats on the invite! I would recommend why pharm, why KCL, roles of a pharmacist, maybe brush up on some basic science maths knowledge, ethics and scenario questions! GPhC values and nhs values are a must too - GOOD LUCK!

Hi there 😊,

I am a current pharmacy student and I had my interview a few years ago so hopefully I can help you.

For the interview, be sure to prepare some answers for some commonly asked questions like "why pharmacy", "why Bath", "why not x course" etc. Be sure to have some clear answers but not too over-rehearsed so it can sound natural as well.

Look over the Standards of Pharmacy Professional and be sure to be able to give examples of how you've demonstrated this. I would say the STAR method is great to help you structure your answers.

"Your Organic Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Calculation skills will be examined as part of any interview." This is what is said on the website so practice some examples however I wouldn't spend a long time on this.

For me, I found the interview to be really nice and more conversational which was great so be sure to be yourself and not stress about it too much.

All the best for the interview!
