Revision timetable

Someone please help me to do a revision timetable for my year 13..... I do alevel maths, physics and chemistry need urgent help please
Hiya @Anaisbeg !🙂

I didn't study these subjects, however, have some tips for revision and creating a revision timetable which might help

List your exams and topics so you know what you need to cover. Doing this helps you to know that you haven't missed anything and means you can get a sense of what you need to focus on.

Highlight the things that you think need the most attention, so you can dedicate more time to these.

Also write down extra things that you will be doing such as extra curricular activities, work, spending time with family or friends and most importantly relax and chill time. Block the timings for these in a calendar template first.

Figure out the available time you will have to revise each day and block this out.

Add specific subjects to each day. For example - Monday is Maths, Tuesday is Physics and Maths, Wednesday is Chemistry, Thursday is Chemistry and Physics etc.

Divide the subjects in smaller more manageable topics. This way you can streamline your focus in your revision and avoids cramming too much into a session. This allows for a deeper dive into the subject areas and results in more thorough revision.

Prioritise things that you are finding harder.

Be adaptable - do not overload your schedule.

Variety - ensure you have covered a wide range of revision techniques such as flash cards, practise questions, note reading, past papers etc.

Allow time for reviewing of topics you have previously gone over - repetition helps your brain remember things

Celebrate your achievements! Acknowledge the work you have done, whether big or small. It is important to reward yourself to stay motivated and check in with yourself.

These are my tips for revision and creating revision timetables. I hope this helps! A massive good luck, you have got this! If you have any further questions, feel free to ask 😃

Thank you so much for these advice...... What is the most effective time to study/revision..... What was your after-school routine... Because when I came back from school I'm so tired and feel super lazy..... I go to school from 8am to 15 pm.
