CCCU distance learning course

I’ve been accepted into it’s masters psychology conversion distance programme and communication has been so appalling with the university I’m wondering if I’ve been scammed. I’ve not been able to start my studies and I’m three months into a one year full-time programme. I’ve written to two academics both of whom have not responded. I’ve written and called the school only to be passed around to generic help desks that do little to help. The first delay in registration” was the school requiring me to pick up my student card for my student ID. This is a distance programme , I live halfway across the world. I’m seriously wondering if Ive inadvertently been scammed and there is no university called Christ Church Canterbury in the UK with a BSP approved psychology programme. I’m struggling to get a refund of the full 14k pounds paid. I would recommend anyone stay far away from this university.

I’ve lodged a formal complaint on your website. I’ve already incurred enough long distance phone bills calling the school to no avail.

Please could someone from CCCU help with the following. I have been wracked with worry during the entire process of signing up with, realising there have been shortcomings with the delivery of the online Masters in Psychology at CCCU and lodging a complaint with this school. It that has taken 30 days to get an official reply; I am deeply worried that this is all part of a scam because A) the email reply from the school has grammatical errors in it B) It says to click on a link for a form to fill if I want to request a move to stage 2 but the "link" is missing C) the return email address is a string of numbers. Can someone help me verify if these emails are valid [email protected], [email protected]. Additionally, is there a Sarah Savostiyanov ( student investigations officer)? I have never in my correspondence with any tertiary institution received an email that does not have a proper return address or which lacks a phone number. I am wondering if you can help because at stake is my $14 thousand pounds for a full academic year which I paid upfront.
