Feedbcak on studying with CCCU
Hi there. I am in the process of applying for a MSc SLT with CCCU but am VERY weary about some of the feedback I read regarding the uni and especially their admin. If you, or someone you know, are studying/have studied through them, what is/was your experience? I'd value any feedback I can get prior to committing. Thank you!

I can only speak of my experience.
I was due to commence my MSc Psychology (Conversion) programme in September 2025. It is now January 2026, and despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, I have:
Not been given functional access to course modules or learning materials.
Not received academic guidance on how to begin the programme.
Experienced prolonged non-response or redirection to generic administrative channels when I have written or called.
Experienced a lack of communication from named academic contacts responsible for my programme start.
I’ve only been able to create a school
Email account in Jan after trying repeatedly and not beng able to all this time.
I have written to two academics in charge of the programme, called the school, written to post grad admissions channels, no one has helped or supported. I feel I’ve been shunted from one channel to another. One academic in Oct 2025 said the school would “ reach out “ to me when it knew my options. I have not been able to access my one year course since September last year? Has no one noticed? It is Jan 2026 have still not heard from her. Communication has been so poor I honestly am wondering if I signed up to a real university or a scam. I paid in full for my course and deeply regret it.
