Pharmacy Panel Interview

Just wanted to ask what panel interviews are like and how people feel doing them. i’ve got one for leicester for pharmacy on monday and the ts my last interview. none of my other ones were panel interviews and just wanted to know what they’re like!

I'm a current pharmacy student at Bath and although I didn't apply to Leicester, I did do a panel interview at another university, which was online.
For panel interviews, they are mainly looking at your motivation, communication and understanding of pharmacy. So be sure to have prepared answers to questions like "why pharmacy", "how have you demonstrated this skill", "why Leicester".
For my panel interview, I was given a task so be sure to see if there is anything you need to prepare before the interview. Use reflective structures like STAR to make sure you cover everything you need in your answers! I also went through different ethical scenarios and looked through the Standards of Pharmacy Professionals to see how I could answer those types of questions
