Can I file a complaint on my teacher??

In my mock exam today, she put a 20mark question as a topic we did NOT learn properly
We literally had ONE lesson on it (meant to have at least ten) and she barely explained anything
I had nothing to write about and some of my friends protested by not writing anything or writing "did not learn" on the paper

Not only that but for the past year and half she has been using AI to 'help' us with structure and everything for the questions
Once she gave us the structure for a 25 mark question - which doesn't exist...
It is so clear that she uses AI and she even keeps all the emojis and once she forgot to delete the "sure I can..." part

AND she doesn't even make her resources and just uses random resources online and shows us youtube videos
(like girl I can do that myself)

She just yaps about the most random things w kids in my class instead of teaching!!

I know I wrote a lot but I swear she is a horrible teacher and I've learnt barely anything and its my lowest subject
Pls give me advice on what to dooo
(my friend already filed a complaint once but the school didn't do anything)

Honestly, try actually talk to the headteacher, or the head of the department she works in. I ain’t really an expert, but I don’t think complaints can be made as if filing a police report.

If you at a school or Sixth Form, then talk to your Head of Sixth Form.
If you are College or University, start by asking Student Services or the Head of Dept.
Make sure you have some real examples of what you think has gone wrong.
Keep calm and don't loose your temper.
