my chance of getting into Cambridge

A*AA predicted + A* EPQ achieved on Sociology based topic (Politics, Lit, Spanish)
9877776665 GCSES (With Extenuating Circumstances)
GCSE's done at State school, moved to grammar school for a-level.
A*AA on recent mocks (school v strict with predicted grades)

I recently applied for HSPS at Cambridge and received an interview which I dont feel went too badly - are my chances of receiving an offer definitely 0%?
Why would they be 0%? You meet the standard offer, have good GCSEs even without extenuating circumstances, and you feel the interview went OK. I'd say you have as good a chance as anyone else.

The average grade upon acceptance is A*A*A* and GCSES are usually mostly 9s,8s, and 7s

Which could just as well represent self-selection biases of those applying? Not to mention you could well go on to achieve A*A*A* in your actual exams anyway.

Also you must have a dim view of the Cambridge academics who held your interviews if you think they must resort to such blunt instruments as simple grades to make a decision even with all the information they additional gain through the interview process. If Cambridge only wanted to give places to those with maximum grades they wouldn't bother interviewing.
