NHS LSF for dietetics after failing previous Dietetics & Nutrition course?

Hi,
I’m hoping someone can clarify how NHS Learning Support Fund works if you’ve previously failed a related course. They aren't able to give me an answer unless I actually start the course.
A few years ago I started a Dietetics and Nutrition degree in England but did not complete it due to academic failure.
I’m now thinking of applying for a new BSc in Dietetics at a different university (also in England) which is an NHS LSF-eligible course.
I understand that to get NHS LSF you need to:
📃 be on an eligible course (like dietetics)
📃be eligible for tuition fee and maintenance support from Student Finance
📃be actively studying on the course.

What I can’t work out is whether my previous failed Dietetics and Nutrition course will stop me from getting NHS LSF this time, assuming Student Finance still agree to fund me for the new degree.
Q❔Has anyone been in a similar situation (failed or withdrew from a previous nursing/AHP/dietetics-type course and then started again) and still managed to get NHS LSF?
Q❔Or does NHSBSA treat this as a second attempt and reject you?

Any advice from students, uni finance teams or reps would be really appreciated.
