Seeing all these people getting offers, and my application still hasn't been sent out.

How much of an disadvantage am I at?

Equal consideration deadline is January 14th, universities technically should treat all applications received before this date equally, but who knows.

As I'm late, won't spaces fill up and Ill get rejected.

I wouldn't think so, I'd assume either there isn't a hard set limit for the number of spaces and a lot of Unis do offers in batches so I'm sure there have some reserved for people applying closer to the deadline as they should treat these applicants equally.

All Unis make far more offers than spaces, because not everyone picks that Uni/course as their Firm.
Anyone applying after 14 Jan will not get 'equal consideration' and risks a straight rejection.

Do you mean that you have not paid/submitted the application - or that you did this but your school/college has then not forwarded it to UCAS?
