Is St Andrews a top university in United Kingdom
I am an international student and am interested in applying for the BSc(Hons) Biochemistry at St Andrews. However, its QS global ranking seems low (113th), and the admission requirements seem lower than I expected (AAB for the standard offer and ABB for the minimum offer), so I am curious about the reputation of this university among British students. Furthermore, if you want to know how the UK views its universities, what rankings should you look at?

I would say St Andrews is a highly regarded top university in the UK. For rankings, I would look at The Guardian:
