How to accept uni offers?

This seems really silly but i’ve been offered 3 conditionals and 2 unconditionals. Do i accept all of them or just 1? My top choice is a conditional one and my second choice in unconditional but im not sure what i should accept, and also when do i need to accept them by? x
You can only accept up to two conditional offers - a firm and an insurance. If you meet the grades for your firm on results day, it becomes unconditional, your insurance is declined, and you go to your firm choice! If you miss your grades for your firm but meet the grades for your insurance, instead the same but with your insurance choice. If you don't meet the grades for either, you can go through clearing instead. Once you select your two offers all your others are autodeclined - you can't accept more than two.

If you accept an unconditional offer as your firm though, as you already meet the requirements you don't have an insurance choice and you are just directly admitted and that's the uni you go to.

I'm not actually sure what would happen with an unconditional insurance choice - I guess similar to the first situation except there's no chance of missing the grades for it? Unsure if you can even accept an unconditional as an insurance. You might need to check with UCAS about that

Yes, you can have an unconditional insurance, according to UCAS.

How To Accept Or Decline University Offers & Deadlines For Your Replies

You have until May to enter your Firm and Insurance choices - and there is no advantage in entering them any earlier. Remember - once you have done this, your other offers are automatically cancelled, and you can't get them back. Choose carefully.

Thank you! Good to know

Seems to be an unusual situation to come up but nice that UCAS has guidance for it for the OP already
