Leicester pharmacy interview

Has anyone done a pharmacy interview for Leicester. Just wanted to know how it’s like and how I can prepare for it as I’ve got it in 2 weeks time and it’s a 3 hour interview. And I’ve heard there’s a group interview.

I’m doing it on Tuesday!
There should be a group activity - based on similar things that I’ve done - i think we’re likely to tasked with a pharmacy related event/ project or even a protocol (could be anything). Then there’s a panel interview, so we will will be interviewed on an individual basis by a panel of staff/experts - imagine like an interview by the strictly judged.
Once I’ve done it on Tuesday, I’ll come back to this thread!

so it’s like a 45 minute group thing and then a 15 minute individual interview
group thing was rlly good, try to make your voice heard without dominating the conversation and ask people how they came to a conclusion rather than saying they’re wrong
individual, practice SJT questions again

Side note: I wouldn’t recommend going uni of Leicester for pharmacy, they are not fully accredited for the course, I’d say DmU is a better option as they are fully accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Congratulations. What sort of question did they ask for the group interview and when u had something to say how would u approach like would u put ur hand.

i can’t say exact details
i would say to discuss your opinions with the others, don’t interrupt ofc but make your voice heard so that you’re not ignored
it’s like a group discussion you would have at school w people u don’t know, like a bit awkward at first but once it gets going then you’re good

Folks, please remember that TSR strictly forbids any Interview chat about specific tasks, tests and questions - both on boards and via pm. 'I think I messed up the last question' or 'It was a panel interview' is fine but nothing more detailed please.

(If you think about it, its not in your interests to give away these details. If you provide this information online for everyone else to read, other applicants will have an obvious advantage - and they may get an offer instead of you.)
