Best London/unis for Aero Engineering?

I’m looking at aeronautical/aerospace engineering, aiming for A in Maths, FM & Physics and B in CS. Preferably unis near London or with great reputation. Any feedback from students at Bristol, Surrey, QMUL, City, Kingston, or similar? What’s the teaching and career support like? 😊

Hi @Rahul977

It's great to hear you are interested in Kingston!

Although I don't personally study aerospace engineering here at Kingston I can share my experience with teaching and career support, and of course answer any Kingston related questions you might have!

Here are a few posts I have made that might give you more insight as to what it is like at Kingston.
How Kingston Prepares You for Industry
An Overview of Kingston's Four Campuses - you would be based at Roehampton Vale
The Careers Centre

I find the teaching great, all my lectures have lots of experience in industry and are always there if I need support, by replying to my emails or scheduling 1 to 1's.

There is lots of career support as there is a careers centre and a future skills module that helps you prepare for getting a job in industry.

I would definitely recommend coming to an open day if you can for all the universities you are interested in. It is a great chance to get a feel for the university as to what it might be like to live and study there, see the facilities and speak to current students and lectures. You can book on to our open days here https://www.kingston.ac.uk/study/open-days

I hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to ask
