LNAT advice / questions

This exam is brutal. I’m in year 12 and I want to do as well as possible but I have a few questions.
Firstly, who sees the essay? If only the MCQ section goes towards your overall score then why bother with the essay.
Secondly, if you don’t get your results until after you apply how are you supposed to know where to apply???
And lastly, what are some general tips for the MCQ, how do I get prepared or practice, any websites anything??

Its a brutal exam, if anyone can help I’d be super thankful

LNAT is not easy, it disappointed hundreds of highly talented youngsters every year. To be safe you may need upper 20s in your MCQ. So be reminded to include some non-LNAT unis in your UCAS application.

Essays are sent to the unis for their own assessment and not centrally marked. Some unis look at the MCQ only (LSE). The only clue is timed-practice, and check your answers - why they were correct and wrong. Good luck.
