Heyy!! what have you been using so far?? for biology ive been recommended to use save my exams by my teachers, and doing plenty of exam questions as mark schemes can be very specific with what words are used. I personally use A LOT of active recall techniques to retain information, because it leaves my head so fast. Doing flashcards can definitely help. You could also use all of the module 'x' videos on YouTube if it's just needing an overall summary. These work for me but i hope this helps in some way or you find ways effective for you !!

I do Psychology as well however aqa so I don't know how helpful they may be to you. Uplearn (this you have to pay for however they refund you if you don't achieve an A? I believe), tutor2you, save my exams are ones that my teachers have recommended. But realistically I definitely suggest past paper questions, flashcards, looking at previous mark schemes to get you used to how they format them. Another thing I suggest is listing all your topics and 'RAG' rating them (R = cannot recall at all, A=can recall some but not all, G=can confidently recall) see what is 'R' and 'A' and focus on them while every so often going back to areas rated as 'G'. Flashcards realistically are good for key words but longer answer questions not so much. I like doing mindmaps for studies as I can then include for/against, but like I said before I do use a different exam board so this may be completely useless lol. Hopefully some of these may work for you as well!
