i have a lot of distractions and i can not study

hi
am a 17 year old and am in my last year of high school that means am going to have my bac exam and to get a good garde i need to study hard but i have a lot of distractions such as using my phone social media and even if i try to turn off my phoen i find my self using my laptop to go through insta also i do not know have to describe it but every time i think of studying i start thinking of not being able to do good on the practice questions so i get scared i do not really know if this is the case but i just have that feeling of running away and this is just killing my mind i rreally dont know what to do i feel like am stuck in a zine i wake up i say today am gonna study then i end up using my phone the problem is that i do not enjoy using it it just feels likee am stuck ( my english is not that good so if you find any mistakes am sorry for that )

My biggest advice would be to ponder over why your actually even thinking about studying. The fact that you wake you in the morning, having that mindset shows you care. I suggest you think about what your career aspirations are and what you want to do in the future, this can really help motivate you to study with your future goal in mind.

real i do this too
i want to say delete the app but i know its all to easy to redownload or use the web app tbh
so just print some material u need to study
go outside, go to the library or something somewhere where ur phone cant distract u just go with the printed material and some pens or smth and study for 5mins, once u start a task ur brain finds it difficult to start with studying included
have a routine as well, just a loose one. wake up a certain time everyday and do something hard when u wake up, like reading a boring book or looking at flash cards, or exercising - after that u'll find doing other "difficult" task easier.
eat something healthy and light in the morning, not something dense and carb heavy
remind urself why u need to get a good grade, think about who you want to impress or what you'll be able to do with a good grade like get into a good college and do the course you want.
think about how accomplished you'll feel after a day of actually being productive and how all this work will pay off in the end!
as for the social media addiction, get one of this app/site blockers than can't be defined unless you send a request to someone or do some questions
or just move the apps from ur history/home screen or whatever
work out what times work best for u, do u do ur best work in the day or night? plan around that

i used to do this so i do completely understand you, sometimes u just have to stop
just one day get up and get going with what u need to do
clean ur room, shower, have some water and LOCK IN
try ur hardest to just not think about procrastinating
the reason u turn to socials instead of studying isn't because you enjoy it but out of habit, bc ur sooo used to just going onto that app and scrolling aimlessly.
i get it, ur too stressed to stress about it and it feels like ur in a hopeless loop of not doing anything but its okay i believe in u and that u can get better!

there's an app called gogh - its a pomodoro timer app where u can study with ur own avatar and with other peoples avatars (u cant talk to them though) and there's flocus that's another timer app which is good because it features less distractions
