Has anyone done semester at sea from a british university?
I'm currently finishing off my a-levels but I am hopefully planning to go to Bristol next year who offer a semester abroad program anyways. I was mainly wondering about if anyone has done it generally from the UK and what that was like, both when applying and experience during the program.

I am a Bristol Student doing a year abroad next year. Can't give you that much insight yet, as I haven't actually done the abroad bit (haha) but I found the application process relatively smooth. I recommend checking out what unis are offered for your subject for a semester abroad and seeing what appeals to you. You also have the opportunity to switch off/onto the course including the semester abroad during your degree if you change your mind.
