University of suffolk

hi guys i applied through ucas to the university of Suffolk, I applied to 2 different courses - physiotherapy and dental therapy however on my UCAS application i had only put the physiotherapy personal statement and for uni of Suffolk i was applying for dental therapy. I have called them multiple times and every time i wait for 11 minutes then the phone cuts on me because theyre not picking the phones up. I’ve sent the admissions team an email regarding this plus with my dental therapy personal statement. This evening I received on my ucas that I’ve been rejected because of my personal statement, but they’ve not read the dental therapy one only the physiotherapy one. I’ve emailed and called them but no response. Can anyone please help out!!! Thanks

you could ask your school/ referee to help and contact them, however ucas only accepts one personal statement for all 5 choices… so i’m not sure there’s much you could do.
