Hey, I attended a Deloitte interview in Dec. I am waitlisted. I don’t know why they haven’t given any response since December. This is January now. Should I still have hope for an offer? If you have experienced something like this, please give me a response.

Try to contact their Hr department to find out or network on LinkedIn to find employers, esp Hr who are working in Deloitte, networking boosts the chances of being visible and shows you are keen to work for the company. I would say keep an open mind and also keep options open as well.

Have hope, people are greedy and accept mutiple offers because this job market is horrible. If you applied to audit, you have more of a chance. If someone rejects their offer, and you are first on the list they will call you up! :smile:

Hi, my mate was on the waitlist last year for Deloitte and he got called around a few months later for the role, I suppose you just have to wait. It’s good to contact the recruiters just to stay in touch
