aspiring choices, KCL and UCL

Hi all!
Just wanted another opinion on my choices, for reference my predicted grades is an A* in maths and CS, an A in Economics and an B in Further maths (A*A*AB) and I achieved 9888877777 during my GCSES (9 in maths and 7s in English lit and lang)
I'm also eligible for a contextual offer due to my postcode and FSM.

I recently got a contextual offer for Bristol for Economics and data science - AAB, which was around what my current "safety" option was (Leicester ABB) and I'd choose Bristol over Manchester for this course (around AAA), which means that I want to replace them with more "risky choices".

I've already applied to Imperial EFDS (A*AA) and Warwick Social sciences and data science (ABB)
I'm thinking of applying to UCL statistics, economics and finance (A*AA) and KCL data analytics for finance and business (A*AA)

However, my personal statement is revolved around Economics and data science so I was wondering how much this would disadvantage my application.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks!!

If you're happy with your Bristol offer in the event of getting 4 other rejections then you have nothing to lose.

what's the process if I do get rejected from the other 4 universities? As though I do not mind going to Bristol, is the standard procedure not firming and insuring two different universities?

If you only have one offer you don't get an insurance.
