I’m sadly having to move out due to personal reasons, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for this lovely studio. This has genuinely been a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I’ve really enjoyed living here, so I’m hoping to pass it on to someone who will appreciate it just as much.

The room is bright with plenty of natural light, giving it a warm and cozy feel. It includes:

• A comfortable bed

• Study/desk area

• Wardrobe and storage space

• Private bathroom with shower

• Kitchen/kitchenette area with essential appliances

The building is secure, well-maintained and very peaceful, making it ideal for studying, working or simply relaxing. The management team is also friendly and responsive, which has made living here really easy.

Rent for this room is 164£ a week energy bill not included but it’s less than 15£ a month.

Damage Deposit of £400 put considered as cash back as at the end of the year you receive it back. 💷
