hey guys
im doing sixth form applications and idk what 4th thing to do. im choosing history maths and pschology as i want to go into law and i need to choose between the epq or english literature as an as level so a basically half the full a level
pls help!!! i need to finish my application by thursday!!

EPQ can be good for your personal statement as the research you do could be used for that but EPQ is highly independent and stressful. If you get a high grade you can get lower uni offers at certain unis but this doesn’t really apply to top unis. If you truly enjoy English lit then maybe. Perhaps you’ll like English more than another and drop that instead

I would go with the subject that you love the most and that you will be really happy studying and working on. If you enjoy the course you will work harder on it and do yourself justice, there’s nothing worse than trying to do a subject that is hard but also that you have little interest in.
