Issue with University of Bath's Application tracker
Initially when I was trying to log in after creating my account it said these credentials are not allowed. I tried later and now when I log in it says System Message No Active Content You are not currently configured to receive any portal content. (no MRG records). Does anyone know what this issue is or how to fix it. I logged in for my undergraduate application for context.

Hello!
I'm sorry to hear our portal is causing you trouble - how long was it ago that you got the email giving you your login details? Sometimes the system takes a few days to register people properly. Alternatively, have you tried powering it through Edge VS Chrome? If all else fails and it doesn't resolve itself in a few days, you could try resetting your university password.
