Uni sent me an invoice whilst my application is still processing

I applied for a tuition fee loan back in june and it got accepted. But I had to reapply because I wanted to get a maintenance loan as well, but I couldn’t do it beforehand due to issues in my settlement application. When i received my ILR in september i immediately applied but I was told to fill out the application that was for both tuition fee and maintenance. Now my entire application is reset and my tuition fee loan was cancelled. I got an invoice from uni today charging me 9k and I don’t know what to do. I’ve sent all the evidence needed but SFE keeps changing the date for updates. My accom fees are due this month as well and there’s no way i can afford 10k+ out of pocket

Hi there, if you're changing from an EU student to a Home Student then your EU application would be cancelled as we're changing your account over and you've applied on a new application. You'll receive confirmation of your loan for the full funding once this is processed. Thanks, Jason

How long does that normally take? The invoice said i have to pay it by the 23rd of January and i’m getting a little worried
