Looking for a student in Bath who is able to take over my tenancy for a double furnished room with an ensuite.
Includes a shared kitchen with 4 other flatmates as well as a living area on the ground floor of the building with a pool table, on- site washing machines and a 24/7 front desk.
1 minute walk to bus stops to the Unis and city and an 8 minute walk to a train station.
Ā£201.11 per week, all bills included.
Available from now until 18th July 2026.
Location- Charlton Court, Lower Bristol Road, BA23ES
