Access to higher education .

Hello, I would like to know how different am access to higher education (science) is to A levels.
And how are the assignments graded since they are no exams

You will study 3 A levels in 9 months and will have mandatory remedial Maths and English units also.

I still have my lever arch file from my Access diploma. It is so full you'd struggle to get any more A4 paper into it.

I worked harder on my Access course than at any time during medical school, I know that much. On my course we had exams also.

People who put the effort in will obtain the required grades. Those who do not, won't.

Before starting an Access course, make sure your intended Universities actually accept it and then find out what grades they require.

Assignments and exams are all pass/merit/distinction. Don't be surprised if your chosen degree insists on a high number of distinctions.
