Need any urgent help

So I'm an international student in ysj university York bechlor course so in the first year in one module I failed because of misconduct and they said you will not be able to continue your program while you can restart your studies in September now they told me that you have to go to your home country and do all things again and withrawl my sponsorship and report to ukvi so is there any chances I can do anything from inside UK so I can stay and work here

This sounds like a really tough spot to be in, but you should definitely get in touch with an immigration solicitor or your university’s student union as soon as possible. They’ll be able to talk you through whether you can appeal the decision or switch your visa status without having to leave the UK.

Short answer, no.

Having your student visa cut short is likely to be a red flag for any other kind of visa application.

You haven't addressed whether the misconduct actually took place, so I would think that an immigration solicitor would be a waste of time if you have been removed from the course in line with the unis regulations. You would be better off speaker to the uni's student union to make sure the uni has followed its processes correctly.

I tried 3 times different appeals they all saying they were right and because of student visa graduation incomplete I don't think so I can switch to another visa because I tried and contacted solicitor as well

Again, you haven't addressed whether the misconduct took place but after 3 appeals you've exhausted all options so I am afraid it will be a case of returning to your home country to work/study there.
