Coping with year 13 heathily

I’ve been reading a lot of old threads on how to cope with year 13 as the pressure is well and truly getting to me.
A big thing that is always mentioned is ensuring wind down time / time to yourself at the end of the day. I know how important this is, and it might seem daft, but is there any good things to do in this 1 - 2hr period before bed that will actually benefit me and have the desired effect of self preservation and preventing burnout.
Similarly, when taking breaks in between revision, is there anything specific to make these breaks actual breaks? I sort of find myself going on my phone or just sitting there doing nothing, is there anything that would actually be beneficial to do in these spaces?
I know these sound like silly questions but I really want to ensure I’m doing the best I can to achieve the grades I need for uni.
Thanks

Personally, I find playing an instrument really helpful in my breaks. However, sometimes I lose track of time or don't want to go back to revision! If you do play an instrument or like to sing, then this may work for you, but if not then either begin learning an instrument or I find that taking a walk helps too.
If I'm not playing my guitar then I like to make myself a drink/food or go for a walk around the houses near me - fresh air and exercise can be really healthy.
I hope this is helpful, I know I am only doing GCSEs at the moment but I really recommend these as they help me, whenever I feel like I have the energy to get up and do something between my revision that doesn't include my phone.
Good luck with yr 13!!
