Do I have to note short courses down on my UCAS?

I done a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management awarded by Innovate Awarding with a company called strive training, it was online and full time for 4 weeks. I am still waiting to hear back whether I got a pass or a fail. It has no relevance to the course I am doing so I am just wondering if I HAVE to put it down, as UCAS has said failure to declare qualifications can affect my application.
I also did Level 3 Certificate in Cyber Security Practices (NCFE) with strive training, and have noted this one down because it contains points. But I am just wondering about the Diploma one.
