Its possible you may still be considered despite being late - it depends on the individual Uni and pressure for places on that course. However, be aware that Unis can just reject your application.

On your application profile is there any notification or thing to indicate that it's been sent in past the deadline?

All applications are date/time stamped by UCAS before being sent on to Universities.
It will be therefore be obvious that its 'late'.

I missed the deadline by a month and a half in '22 and still got 4/5 offers. If it's a few minutes I'd imagine you'd be OK.

The application will still get sent on to your uni choices, but if it is not flagged as 'on time' then they can either use different criteria for offer making OR just choose not to consider it at all.
