I want to apply to UoB to study pharmacy and I read on the entry requirements that the gcse maths grade requirement is a grade 6, however I got a grade 5 ( 3 marks off a grade 6) in gcse maths. I study Alevel chem, bio and religious studies aswell as Core maths. If I get AAB and A in core maths will I still get a chance to do pharmacy at uob? Or is my chance ruined because of my grade in gcse math??
Which UoB are you talking about, Birmingham, Bath, Bristol, Bournemouth?? If it's a RG then they are normally rigid with their requirements and often won't compromise. A non RG may be more flexible

Haha sorry I forgot to specify, I mean University of Birmingham. I know non RGs are more flexible but UoB is the main goal for me🥲 I'll probs have to suck it up and go to a non RG then

Core Maths normally trumps GCSE Maths - check with each Uni.
