For all such enquiries you need to check the website and admissions details for the University in question. And mores specific questions should be directed to the admissions teams by email. Even if people are current Plymouth students etc, the process may have changed since they applied.

It’s great that you’re interested in Lancaster University, Medicine here is a really popular course, so it’s good you’re looking into the requirements early.

All the detailed entry requirements and information for Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) an be found on the official course page here: https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/medicine-and-surgery-mbchb-a100/2026/

We also have a Unibuddy scheme where you can chat directly with students who are currently studying Medicine. They’ll be able to give you a clearer idea on what it’s like studying Medicine at Lancaster.
