Should I apply for accommodation at my insurance uni?

Hi! I have an offer from Lincoln as my insurance university. Should I still apply for accommodation there even though it’s not my first choice? What do other students usually do? 😊

Hi! So when I was still choosing which university I wanted to go to in the end, I actually had to go through some major annoyance with my insurance choice which further backed up that I shouldn’t go.

Personally, I was trying to get the accommodation for my insurance choice just in case; however, if you are guaranteed that you have the grades to go into your firm choice, and also know you definitely want to. There is definitely no reason to as you will most likely end up being put at the end of the line anyways

Hope this helps!

Most Unis only allow you to apply for accommodation if its your Firm choice.
If you do end up at your Insurance choice on Results Day, because you were rejected from your Firm, only then do you apply for accomodation.
As above, just follow whatever the process is for insurance offer holders at that uni. Most will specify whether you can apply now or have to wait until you actually know whether you are going there.
