Student finance while having bachelors degree from Poland in IT and Finance
Hi,
Please may I ask... I want to apply for adult nursing degree at Derby university, starting September 2026. I have bachelors degree I've done about 10 years ago in Poland in IT and Finance. I am currently a single parent. Would I still be able to receive all the loans and grants that would normally be available to someone with no previous degree?

Hi there,
Adult Nursing is exempt from previous study rules as long as you're not already registered in the field you're looking to study. Therefore your previous study wouldn't have an impact on you applying. Thanks, Jason
