Changing home address
Hi, dumb question.
I’m in first year and on SFE I live with my dad. His partner plans on moving in soon which will mean my new finance will be around half of rent and he won’t give me any money towards it. So I plan on moving to my mums instead. How do I change address on student finance, what evidence will I need to provide ? And I know I am exempt from council tax, but do I still need to notify the council that I’ve moved ? It’ll cost her single person discount.
Do I just need to change electoral role address and my banking address?

Hi there,
When you apply for second year you would then put down your mum and her marital status. Regarding the council, you would need to speak to them if you need to notify them of any change.
