Student accommodation contract length

Hi! I'm a bit confused on which contract length I should choose, as I'm going to be on a foundation course for architectural design and technology in coventry and was wondering if anyone could help?

Hi there,

The usual length of a contract depends on how much time you will need it for your course - most courses only use the two semesters (September - December) and (January to April) ect, so the shorter contract lengths reflect that you don't need the third term like some Masters and Medicine students.

On your course page it should say what intake you are applying for and which semesters you will be studying in - you can then work out how many weeks of accommodation you need.

It looks like you only study two semesters a year but double check which intake you have applied for.
