hmmm to be honest i dont know.....try and wait until they email back. the material looks as if it may ruin and not be as soft if it gets wet. x

I emailed them over a week ago:frown:
personally I'd hand wash with warm water then tumble dry to keep the softness. but keep checking them to make sure they're not getting ruined.
dry clean i would say

Right, just been on the phone to Fat Face and gonna write this on here for future reference. As the sole is suede I have to use a suede cleaner for it and then just use a wet cloth to spot clean the fur bit and let it dry by a warm radiator.Bloody hell...sounds like a mission!

Right guys I've got these but have no idea how to clean them without affecting the softness. There are no care instructions on them and I emailed Fat Face but no reply...

Do I handwash in warm water and dry naturally or machine wash it on the cold handwash option?

Many thanks!!

Quite agree. I've got these too and love them to bits. So warm and comforting. Really surprised not to find cleaning instructions. I might have a go at washing them later today with Persil Silk and Wool washing liquid. Use it for delicates including my loose covers, so as not to affect colour. I'll let you know how I get on.

Just realised the chat was 11 years ago! Obviously different model and different times!!! Sorry about that. This came up when I googled how to wash Freya grey slipper/boots I purchase this last Christmas. Should have looked properly before entering discussion.
