is it normal to want to move out at 17

i moved out at 16 bc of my father
if you have a job and can afford to, then sure, but at your age i doubt it. relying on a partner can be tricky at times. relying on 'kind' strangers straight up dangerous bc they WILL take advantage of you
it can lead you into all sort dark places tbh

no need, im doing great now! but yeah please be really careful and don't rush into anything as long as your current household isn't abusive, and if the arguments arent super serious. are you planning to go to uni? maybe that would be an option to safely move out soon

Yea I’m 16 and working this summer to get out of my family situation and where I’m from it’s pretty normal to wanna move at a early age so I would say yea

were similar in age lol and yea plus I'm 17 and they wont let me get a job they keep telling me not ready I got 2 years and I only got like 70 dollars from birthday this year how expect me pay bills and pay for my food and then they swear up and down that they pay for everything nothing is the house his mine.

Ugh this is way to similar my moms the same way I had to beg her to let me get a job in the summer for a year straight and she’s only letting me because she dosent wanna pay my phone bill anymore 😭
