Missing page numbers

I uploaded my paper which didn't have page numbers in the references, stupid mistake I know. Any chance I'll still get above 60?

Hi there,

As long as your essay is of sound quality, and they can see you've done solid work in terms of your argumentation and research, then I don't see why you can't achieve above 60. You'll lose some marks for not including page numbers if they're strict with that, but it shouldn't be so significant as to slip into a 2:2, as long as the remaining tick points of the rubric have been fulfilled. Good luck and all the best!

Hey @Lgs1776,

You may lose some marks on account of not including a full reference, but as long as the rest of your research is still sound you shouldn't be penalised too heavily. You've admitted that it was just a silly mistake - and you'll now know to double-check your references in the future!

Wishing you all the best,

Hiya @Lgs1776 ,
It think it will depend on your module's marking rubric and the marker. You may lose some marks in regards to presentation but might still be possible to get above 60 ☺️
Focus on what you can work on for the time being, all the best for the rest of your assignments and exams 😉

Hi there,

Correct referencing is worth only a few marks, and I doubt that you will lose all of them due to not including page numbers. You most likely should be fine.
The great thing about making such subtle mistakes and then worrying about them, is that you will probably never again make them!
