Haha, I made it through to interview last year but not this year. Good luck with it. If I remember rightly, the interviews are pre-recorded.

Would you mind answering were the questions more situational like tell us a time you were under pressure for example, or specific to local government work? Like how should the council act on a certain issue?

yeah if anyone could give a rough idea of the qs asked that would be ideal. i think in previous years, the qs have been consistent across all interviews

This might be a silly question but does anyone know whether the marker has access to our CV or if the video interview is scored completely independently/context free? I know its audio only
