UCL Pharmacy Online test

If invited to do the online test for mpharm on monday, you need to complete the fitness to practise self-declaration form, but after I made an account on UCL Extend I can't find it at all? it just says "UCL School of Pharmacy Application Course MPharm" and then "you cannot enrol yourself into this course" but there's nowhere where it says fitness to practise and the email I got about the test says it should be in that section?? Someone please help i'm begging you 😭

SAME, I'm kind of stressing right now, but I've just sent them an email so hopefully they should respond soon

i actually figured it out, turns out i tick the box " are you doing it on behalf of someone" accidentally so i didnt enroll into the course. Just redo the UCL extend account thing and dont tick that box and you will get it .

hi. during the test are we meant to have our cameras on and will it be recorded?
