Replacement tenancy room available from August 2026!

Looking for someone to replace me in a tenancy agreement starting August 2026, as I’ve had to leave due to a change of personal circumstances.

The other 2 tenant are both female and will be second year York St John Students, both 20. (Preferred female student)

You would be in a double bedroom situated on the downstairs floor.

Rent is £758 pm (£189 per week) with all bills included (including wifi). Free on street parking is available.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Tenancy start date 04/08/26 to end on 01/07/2027.

House is located near York Hospital and is a 15 minute walk from York St John University. Also a short walk into York city centre. (YO30)
