Benzene question help please chemistry ocr a Alevel

For benzene alevel ocr a chem, if benzenes bonds are in-between a single and double bond, does that mean that if a question asks for displayed formula of benzene do I use the kekule model with alternating double bonds, like I get why we dont use doubles bonds for it and its like a hexagon with a circle but when to use which model, is what im wondering. Thank you

Honestly, an examiner would likely credit you regardless of whether you gave a Kekule or delocalised model of benzene in your answer. I personally would stick with the delocalised model for A level purposes as it makes the mechanisms simpler to draw out, unless the question is quite literally asking you to draw a Kekule structure.
