Ucl history offers

I applied for history near the end of November and I’m still waiting, ik some offers come out at the start of February I’m just a bit nervous as I have achieved grades of ABB and their contextual offer is ABB, Warwick and Bristol did give me an unconditional offer of ABB since it’s their contextual requirement, could UCL do the same?

I just checked and it says I don’t meet the contextual requirements because of my post code which is slightly confusing as every other uni I applied to, I was given contextual offers. For example when I applied for law last year I got contextual offers from Nottingham and Warwick that was AAB Instead of A*AA and also this year for history which was ABB dropped from AAA from both Bristol and Warwick
