Hi, I’m gonna enter Master degree in 2026/2027. I wonder which area or dormitory should I stay at?

Hi May!

Great to hear that you’ll be attending Bayes Business School for your Master’s!

As a postgraduate, you have three student accommodation options: IQ City, Alliance House, and Eleanor Rosa House. You can find more info here: https://www.citystgeorges.ac.uk/prospective-students/accommodation/applying-for-halls/postgraduate

As a Bayes postgraduate, you’ll mainly have classes at Bayes’ Bunhill Row or Finsbury Square buildings, both in Central London. All three accommodation options are roughly a 30-minute (or less) commute to campus, with IQ City being the closest and also walkable. I’d recommend checking the routes on Google Maps so you can get a better feel for what the commute looks like day-to-day.

If you decide to find accommodation privately, I’d suggest choosing somewhere with either easy bus access or a direct Underground line to Moorgate Station or Liverpool Street Station. Cost is also a big factor, since the closer you get to Central London, the more expensive it tends to be. Convenience usually costs more. That said, from my personal experience, if you have a direct line into Moorgate or Liverpool Street, the commute is pretty manageable, so living a bit further out is totally doable.

Hope this helps!
