Post Grad Studies in UK

Hello,
I'm an international student from Egypt. I completed my BSc psychology from coventry university. I'm having a difficult time choosing between different clinical psychology programs in a couple of different universities such as: Kingston, Bath, Reading, Southhampton, and kings college london. I need clinical placement hours because i've done 8 rounds in 8 different mental institutions (clinical) here in egypt and would want to add to that through affiliated clinics or hospitals. I don't know how to compare the programs as they are all very similar to each other. I was hoping if anyone has completed their masters program in clinical psychology in any of the universities above to help me understand more what the syllabus is like, the faculty members? How difficult it is?
