what gcse options should i pick to become a doctor

hey so im in yr 9 and options are coming up in not too long, i need general guidance on what to pick really to have a higher chance of becoming a doctor

Just make sure youre doing triple higher science and higher tier maths

triple science and higher tier maths, rest of the subjects can be according to ur wish.....just try ur best to get 7s 8s and 9s across the board for ur actual gcse

I think for a lot of universities you don’t even need triple science as not all schools offer it! My school only let me do combined science. Other than that my advice is just to pick what you enjoy. If you enjoy the subject it’s so much easier!

The point is that without these GCSEs its possible that your school won't allow you to take sciences at A level - not that Med School require these specific GCSEs.
