dentistry personal statement

hey! im yet to attain the requirements for dentistry, i still need to sit my exams, gain work experience and sit the ucat, however im only eligible to apply to one uni (im scottish), meaning ill still have 4 choices remaining on my ucas when i apply next year. since im applying to one uni for dentistry and am an aspiring dentist i will be making my personal statement very strong and dental based, so was wondering what other courses i could apply to and still be considered for as the chances of me not getting into dentistry are relatively high as its sooo competitive. im interested in going into healthcare and working with patients, but being financially secure is also extremely, extremely important to me. any suggestions as to what i could apply to on the same ucas application would be greatly appreciated! i have been considering things like radiography, optometry, pharmacy, but again these are just ideas. thanks xx
