Msc Physiotherapy

I’ve been trying to complete my enrolment for the past two months. I received a conditional offer, accepted it, and uploaded all the required documents, but I still haven’t heard anything back and haven’t been enrolled.
I’ve called the Roehampton call centre many times — they’ve escalated my case to the Admissions and Postgraduate teams more than 20 times, but nothing has happened. I’ve also sent several emails over the last two months with no reply at all.
Because of these delays, I’ve already missed induction week and I’m now going to miss the first week of teaching too.
(Sent various emails and made loads of calls)
The call centre keeps saying escalation is all they can do, but I’ve had no progress or updates from anyone. This is really stressful and I don’t know what else to do.
