unis cant see my grades?
i applied for biomed using my grades from the IB diploma, which i completed in the November 2025 session. I have requested UCAS be sent the transcript on the ibo website. to my understanding, unis should be able to access this transcript and ucas and ib should be syncing the results to allow this.
i have put my diploma and grades on my ucas application (but unis must be able to verify this from official website)
my unis tell me they cannot access my ib results.
my school has no idea why or what to do (australian schools trying to figure out uk systems... its a struggle).
hoping someone can help, has anyone had this issue?? any idea on how to rectify it before all my unis reject me for not having verified grades?

Ask you school to email each Uni a copy of your formal IB results from their school email address. And contact IBO - you need to authorise info sharing with each individual Uni you have applied to (not UCAS). Any problems, contact IBO for advice - +61 1800 524 055
